These terms apply to businesses subscribing to Contractor Catch. Plain language is intentional; where it's ambiguous, the reasonable reading wins.

Any time before your next billing date

Billing runs monthly in advance. Cancelling stops service at the end of the period you've paid for; we don't pro-rate partial months. If we provisioned a number for you, we'll port it out or forward it for thirty days after cancellation on request.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us for carrier registration.
• You will not use the service to message people who have not contacted your business or otherwise consented.
• You will not use it for cannabis, adult, lending, third-party lead generation or other categories carriers prohibit.
• You will honour opt-outs, and you won't ask us to circumvent them.
• Content sent through the service is yours, and you're responsible for it.

What we don't promise

The service depends on telecom carriers and third-party providers. We don't control carrier filtering, network outages or delivery timing, and we don't guarantee that every message is delivered or that any particular revenue results. Recovery figures shown anywhere on this site are illustrative estimates from inputs you provide.

Our liability in any month is limited to the fees you paid us for that month. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Termination and governing law

Either party may end the agreement at any time. We may suspend service immediately for non-payment or for use that breaches the acceptable use terms above. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
