Why this exists
Contractor Catch is run out of Ottawa and serves trades businesses on the Ontario side. It exists because the same conversation kept happening: an owner who is good at the work, busy enough to be turning things down, and quietly losing jobs through a phone nobody can answer and a quote pile nobody has time to chase.
Both of those are solved problems. They're just not solved by anything a one-truck or five-truck operation is going to build, buy and configure on its own — which is why this is sold done-for-you rather than as software with a login and a setup wizard.
How it's run
- One price. Tiers exist to make you buy the middle one.
- Month-to-month. A contract would just get in the way of the argument that the math is obvious.
- Ontario side only. Quebec-side numbers and service expectations are a different problem, done properly or not at all.
- Limited spots. Setup involves writing the wording with you, and that doesn't scale past a certain number of clients per month.
- We'll talk you out of it. If your call volume and job value don't favour this, the call is where you find that out.
