SETUP TO FIRST RECOVERED JOB

You give us your number. We do the rest.

Done-for-you means you don't touch the tech, don't install an app, and don't change how you answer the phone.

What the first month looks like

Day 0 — the 15-minute call

We look at your call volume, your average job and how you take work now. If the arithmetic doesn't obviously favour doing this, we'll say so on the call. It's a bad business for us if you cancel in month two.

Day 1 — we wire it to your line

Two ways in. Most shops take a new number set up the same day with calls forwarded to your cell — nothing changes about how you work, and it's live immediately. Or we port your existing business number to the service, which is cleaner but takes one to two weeks. We'll tell you which one suits you.

Day 1 — we write the wording with you

This is the part that decides whether it works. We go through what the first message says, which questions are worth asking in your trade, what happens after hours, which numbers to exclude, and where the line is between qualifying and interrogating. You approve it before anything sends.

Day 2 — the catch engine goes live

From the next missed call: the caller gets a text in your business's name within about nine seconds, it finds out what they need and where, and it either books the job or pushes you a hot lead with the details already captured.

Week 1 — the follow-up engine goes on

Every quote you send gets a polite automatic sequence until the customer decides, and it stops the moment they book or decline. We tune the spacing to your trade — days for repairs, weeks for renovations.

Month 1 — the report

One plain-English page: which jobs the system brought back this month and what they were worth. If that page doesn't justify the retainer, you'll know before you're asked to pay for a second month.

The two engines

Engine A — Missed-Call Text-Back

  • Replies to every unanswered call within about nine seconds, in your name
  • Asks the qualifying questions that matter in your trade
  • Books the job or pushes you a hot lead with type, location and urgency
  • Runs nights and weekends in whatever wording you choose
  • Skips the numbers you tell it to skip

Engine B — Estimate Follow-Up

  • Chases every quote you send until the customer answers
  • Stops instantly on a booking or a decline
  • Spacing tuned to your trade, not a generic drip
  • Wording written with you, so it reads like you

The exact sequence we use.

What it needs from your setup

It sits on top of what you already use. If you run a CRM or a scheduling tool, we check it on the call before you commit to anything. If you run a notebook and a phone, that's fine too — most of our clients do.

Carrier registration, consent wording and opt-out handling are part of the install. Why that matters.
